Bennett Motor Express Receives NDTA 2008 Distinguished Service Award
ATLANTA, Sept. 24, 2008
The National Defense Transportation Association (NDTA) today will present specialized freight transporter Bennett Motor Express (BME) with its 2008 Distinguished Service Award at NDTA’s 62nd annual forum and expo in Renoe, NV.
The NDTA Distinguished Service Award is given to individuals and organizations who have made significant contributions to the Defense Transportation System and who have shown exemplary support of the Association.
“BME’ leadership and participation on our Transportation Advisory Board (TAB) and their standing as Chairman Circle Plus members reflect their dedication to helping NDTA deliver outstanding service to our government and defense association members," said Kenneth Wykle, LTG, USA (Ret.), President of NDTA. “
“We are honored to receive this distinguished award, which recognizes our commitment to delivering quality, on-time transportation solutions for our government, aerospace and defense partners,” said BME President David Lowry, who serves on the TAB and NDTA’s Surface Transportation Committee.
