Marcia Taylor, President and CEOAtlanta Woman Magazine recently recognized Bennett International Group, LLC (Bennett) President and CEO Marcia Taylor as its September 2008 Women of the Year during the organization’s annual Community Heroes Luncheon on March 24, 2009 at the Retreat of Dunwoody.

Taylor, who was featured as an honoree in Atlanta Woman’s September 2008 issue, was recognized during the luncheon, along with nonprofit individuals and other business leaders, for making a unique difference in the Atlanta community. In addition to her role as the co-founder and owner of Atlanta’s top woman-owned company, Taylor serves as the first female board chair of the nonprofit Henry Medical Center.

Bennett and its affiliated companies are celebrating 35 years of excellence in 2009. As part of the 35th year celebration, Bennett will renew its focus on the company’s 10 core values, and will hold several special events throughout the year in connection with its nearly 3,000 agents, employees and owner/operators.
