Bennett has 4 business units operating under ISO 9001:2015 Certified Quality Management System: Bennett Heavy & Specialized (Joplin, MO),Bennett On-Site Service, dba BOSS LLC (Longview, TX), Bennett International Logistics (McDonough, GA), and Bennett International Transport (Jamaica, NY). ISO 9001 is a set of basic business principles written in a standard format for quality management systems that is accepted around the world. To achieve ISO 9001 certification, companies must specify what they do to:

- apply all relevant regulatory requirements
- enhance customer satisfaction
- ensure continuous improvements in line with these objectives
