Bennett International Group CEO, Marcia G. Taylor, has been featured on Newsweek from a recent podcast interview with Lee Habeeb from Our American Stories Network.
Taylor bought a small trucking company with her late husband, J.D. Garrison, in 1974. “With 15 trucks and 30 trailers, we only had $500 in cash to start this business” said Taylor.
According to Taylor, she firmly believes that you should get up every day and work to make a difference and she feels like she can do that at Bennett. Today, the family-owned business is an international transportation management and supply chains leader with thousands of employees, over 3200 drivers and owner operators and independent contractors across the country and around the world.
