Oil prices fell to session lows after President Donald Trump said the United States France could reach an agreement to preserve the Iran nuclear deal “fairly quickly.”
Brent crude earlier rose above $75 a barrel on Tuesday to its highest since November 2014.
Oil markets have been lifted by supply cuts led by OPEC, while the potential of renewed U.S. sanctions against Iran is also pushing prices higher.
