2018 Bennett Woman Driver of Excellence Award Recipient

Amanda has been with Bennett only a short time during which she has built a reputation as a person with High integrity and is honest, loyal, devoted, dependable, great person/driver, always willing to do what is asked without question, and the first to lend a helping hand to a fellow driver.

Growing up in Florida, spending her Winters at the Giant’s camp, Springs, Summers and Fall traveling with royal American Carnivals, along with her mother and younger sister, living on a train traveling from State Fair to State Fair. While her father traveled the US as a truck driver.

Amanda grew up with trucking, her Great Grandmother owned a steal mill and during the war made local steel deliveries.

Bennett DriveAway – Power Only

Amanda came to Bennett from a Power only competitor R & R Express. She spent the last of her money to get to Orientation in Elkhart, Indiana. Taking her first load the day after orientation and has not looked back, becoming the number one requested driver in our Power Only Fleet by customers, and well respected by her Fellow Owner Operators. While dispatchers say it’s a joy to dispatch her.

Amanda has proven to have all the qualities of being the Power Only Women Driver of Excellence.
