Karen has been in the trucking industry for over 20 years. She started by helping her husband navigate and later became his agent, finding freight and establishing relationships with brokers. She eventually set up her own office to find freight for other drivers. Karen assists drivers by finding loads that fit their needs, plotting permit routes, and troubleshooting problems during the course of completing a load. Her unique advantage comes from her experience both in the truck and in the office, understanding the challenges of over-the-road trucking. She works hard to keep drivers happy and rolling consistently.
