Her primary focus is freight related to the oilfield, transporting a wide range of loads, from handheld to oversized, using diverse trailers. Shira sets herself apart by fostering a positive and supportive environment for her drivers, promoting open communication to address concerns, and building a reputation based on honesty and loyalty with drivers and customers.
