BreakBulk News Highlights BOSS Crane & Rigging Expanding Service Footprint with New Facilities in Texas and Florida

McDonough, GA (JUNE 10, 2025) – BOSS Crane & Rigging, a division of Bennett On-Site Services, LLC, is strengthening its presence in key southern U.S. markets with the addition of two new operational hubs—one in Orlando, Florida and the other in Midland, Texas. The move marks a significant push to extend its crane and rigging capabilities across the energy, construction, and infrastructure sectors.

The new Orlando site, located on a leased 2.5-acre yard at 9591 Recycle Center Road, includes an additional rented office space nearby to support operations. This expansion positions the company to better serve a growing client base throughout Florida and the surrounding southeastern region.

In Texas, the company is setting up operations on a 7-acre facility at 8801 West County Road 127 in Midland. This location acts as a strategic West Texas base, enabling BOSS to respond more effectively to project needs in the state’s high-demand energy and industrial markets.

“As we enter the second half of 2025, we are confident in our position to deliver exceptional crane and rigging services to our clients across the southeast with lifting capacity from 8 to 900-ton cranes.””

Thomas Baldree, Executive Vice President, BOSS Crane & Rigging

In tandem with these geographic additions, BOSS has also introduced a new division—BOSS Projects, now led by Bogdan Gaita. This group will focus on tailored project solutions for specialized sectors including energy, advanced technology, and space. One of the early missions for this division will be supporting the rollout of small modular reactors (SMRs) across the U.S., a growing niche within clean energy infrastructure.

Since January, the company has expanded its fleet with eight new all-terrain cranes, ranging from 50 to 900 tons. These additions are part of a deliberate strategy to meet rising demand and improve operational agility in both established and emerging markets.

The company continues to align its growth with its longstanding commitment to safety, reliability, and responsive service. The two new facilities are already active, contributing to project execution and regional logistics support in real time.
