MCDONOUGH, GA (August 8, 2022) – The Women in Trucking Association (WIT) announced that the Bennett Family of Companies has been recognized as Top Woman-Owned Business in Transportation by Women in Trucking’s Redefining the Road magazine.
“By recognizing these 2022 Top Woman-Owned Business in Transportation, we are able to share their stories and highlight their successes. As the number of women that lead these firms increases, we are pleased to give them the recognition they deserve,” said Ellen Voie, WIT President and CEO.
Companies included on this list met certain criteria that includes: majority ownership by a woman, financial stability and growth, innovation and entrepreneurial spirit. Each company was also chosen based on business success and accomplishments that foster gender diversity.
