MCDONOUGH, GEORGIA (August 7, 2025) – Bennett Motor Express, LLC’s Manager of Contractor Relations, Allison Hughes, has been recognized as a recipient of SC&RA’s 4 under 40 award for 2025. For Allison, building a stronger, more sustainable future for transportation starts with the people. In her role, she places a focus on advancing targeted strategies that enhance driver retention, boost morale and streamline workforce operations while keeping Bennett culture and safety a priority. She remains passionate about advocating for and educating others about the imperative role that transportation and logistics plays in the U.S. Her drive comes from knowing that her work assists in creating an inclusive, supportive and empowering environment for Bennett drivers across all business units.

“It is an incredible honor to be named one of SC&RA’s 4 Under 40. I stumbled into this industry by chance, but quickly fell in love with it. Working in retention at Bennett Family of Companies has shown me just how important it is to support the drivers who keep everything moving. This industry is truly the backbone of our economy, and I’m proud to be a part of it. I’m thankful for the people who’ve mentored me along the way, and I’m excited to keep growing in the trucking industry!”
